CASTORI FORNI 60 PIZZA OVEN

The new forno 60 wood fired oven is a brand new addition that has been developed and designed in the uk for both the professional and home chef in mind

This oven has been manufactured from high quality components and professional grade refractory materials.

With a wall thickness of 70mm and 2 layers of ceramic insulation you can be certain of high heat retention making it ideal for slow cooking and baking as well as having the ability to reach temperatures to cook the perfect pizzas.

The outer mould of the forno 60 has been produced using fibreglass and is finished to a high standard to help protect the oven from the elements of the weather.

The oven internal is 60cm diameter and the overall diameter is approx 90cm.

Fitted with a standard uk flue adapter and comes as standard with approx 50cm pipe and rain cowel it can also easily be extended in single or twin wall flue systems if required ( we can also supply these).

This oven is designed with the option of being fully built or in kit form for easy access and handling.
