Shipping Policy

Our local delivery area is 20 miles from our store in Rotherham, depending on your items outside this area additional costs may apply – please contact us with your requirements to obtain a shipping quotation.

We endeavour to ship orders placed before 2pm on the same day where possible. Please note our courier doesn’t deliver on Saturdays/Sundays or bank holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.

Collection in person is available during our opening times (Please see VISIT showroom page), other times by appointment where possible. Always phone to confirm before travelling from any distance.

Castori products
Please note: Castori fabricated tables are generally made to order and cancellations can only be made if the item has not been started or gone into production, a partial refund may be allocated if the company “Creative Outdoor Living Ltd” chooses to offer this at their discretion.

Depending on timing & volume of orders, Castori products delivery times will vary between 1 week and 8 weeks and the company reserves the right to change this at any time without notice.
