This hood features a built in temperature gauge s not only looks good, but also offers great insulation, meaning that the Gem will reach temperature in no time at all. With storage in mind, the Gem 310 still features drop down side shelves as well as a cylinder screen to keep your gas cylinder out of sight. The porcelain coated cast iron cooKing grates are a superb feature and extremely heavy duty.
