Shipping policy

Depending on your location, you may face a delivery fee. If you would like to check your postal code to see if you would incur a delivery charge you can do so by adding the items you wish to purchase into your basket (some pallet orders may incur additional fees please check item description that you are purchasing)

All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day. Please note our courier doesn't deliver on Saturdays/Sundays or bank holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.

please note castori fabricated tables are generally made to order and cancellations can only be made if the item has not been started or gone into production,  a partial refund may be allocated if the company "creative outdoor living ltd " chooses to offer this at their discretion.
