Method:
Add Baharat to chicken, lamb, fish, vegetables or breads. Apply to moist meat and allow to marinade. For best results cook in the oven or indirect on the BBQ.
Can be used with humus, flat breads, roasted veg or to make lamb koftas, bbq chicken or season kebabs.
