Finely crushed tomatoes, partially evaporated. It can be used directly or slightly diluted with water. An high brix, thanks to an high concentration, makes this Pizza Sauce so tasty. We suggest to add a little bit of water to permit a better usage which doesn't change the taste of the ingredients.
